With 28 years of experience in K-12 education, Dr. Molina-Solis possesses a deep understanding of the school system, having served in various capacities before assuming her current role as Director of Multi-Tiered System of Supports.
In addition to her leadership in K-12, Dr. Molina-Solis is committed to shaping the future of the profession through higher education. For the past 12 years, she has served as a Professor at Alliant University, bridging the gap between practical administration/teaching and academic theory.
